Lottery Monitor's 4th Annual conference

Influencing change for Scotland's Benefit
30th September 2003, Heriot Watt, Edinburgh

In the recently launched white paper Culture Secretary, Tessa Jowell held out the possibility of greater autonomy for home nations over funding decisions. She also dispelled any doubts about the merger of NOF and Community Fund and announced an intention to give the lottery back to the people. The consultation period that we are now in really will lead to important changes in the way Lottery funds are distributed in Scotland: this is your opportunity to influence decisions.

Keynote speaker:

  • Frank McAveety, MSP, Minister for Sport the Arts and Culture.

  • Panel session speakers include: Martin Sime, SCVO & Drew McFarlane Slack, COSLA
