Both the Community Fund and Sport England have new chief executives. Richard Buxton, 44, has just taken up his post with the CF, having previously been at the Legal Services Commission as executive director (Operations). David Moffat, 54, the new head of Sport England, is a long-time sports administrator currently out in Australia. He is expected to take up his post in January.
